Moroccanoil | Fleur De Rose Collection

Moroccan oil you say? Who doesn’t love it I say!

Moroccan (aka Argan) oil has been around for a long time now. This extremely popular oil (for all the right reasons) has a plethora of benefits and makes for an excellent hair care and skin care regimen. If you are a beauty enthusiast or someone who keeps on top of all beauty essentials, then I am sure you have a stock of Moroccan oil products at home and that it is a very essential part of your beauty regimen (as it should be, duh!).
Moroccanoil (the brand) has a range of hair care and skin care products. Their products contain antioxidant-rich argan oil, minerals and vitamins designed to exfoliate, cleanse, hydrate and more. After having consistently used some of the products from their original line myself, I was obviously super excited to try the Fleur de Rose Collection (one that is apparently inspired by The Mediterranean) from their luxurious line of body care collections.

For someone who loves roses, using products from the Fleur de Rose collection feels like taking a walk in a garden full of fresh roses each morning. The smell is intoxicating (in a good way of course), it feels absolutely refreshing as I begin my morning routine and it in fact sets the right tone for the rest of the day (there’s something so soothing about a great scent that I quite can’t explain).
Moroccanoil Shower Milk: This is my absolute favorite product from the collection, I mean, taking bath with a luxurious shower milk each morning sure makes for a royal experience now, doesn’t it? ;) It gently cleanses as well as deeply hydrates the skin leaving it feeling refreshed and revitalized.

Moroccanoil Cleansing Bar: Generally, I am not a fan of cleansing bars as they leave my skin feeling dry but this one is an exception. The combination of argan oil and shea butter also deeply moisturizes while it cleanses the skin, and another big plus is that it is sulfate-free and paraben-free. A natural mineral talc from Luzenac that is in the cleansing bar helps control body perspiration and odor.

Moroccanoil Body Soufflé: This is again one of the best among Moroccanoil’s luxurious products as it is quickly absorbed by the skin delivering immediate smoothness and deep hydration. It has a very milky and smooth consistency which feels ultra-rich and makes for easy application.

Moroccanoil Body Butter: Unlike the body souffle, the body butter is an ultra-thick cream and yet it does not leave behind a greasy residue. It provides long-lasting skin hydration and maximum moisture replenishment (my ever-expanding and itchy pregnant-belly is thanking me ;)). It is made from argan oil, shea, cocoa and mango butters to nourish the skin while avocado, olive, squalane and pomegranate oils instantly soften and nurture the skin.

Moroccanoil Shampoo & Conditioner: A combination of these products gently cleanses as well as hydrates the hair with each wash. The antioxidant-rich argan oil and replenishing vitamins in the shampoo and conditioner provide immediate hydration and shine, while the coconut oil helps lock in moisture leaving the hair feeling soft and nourished.

Moroccanoil Body Buff & Moroccanoil Hand Cream: The Fleur de Rose collection also includes these two products but I haven’t had a chance to try them. If you do, let me know what you think :)

Needless to say, I am now a huge fan of the Fleur de Rose Collection from Moroccanoil and what better way to welcome spring than with flowers and products that closely represent flowers, right!? Self-care starts at home…

On that note, stop and smell the roses... Life is and will always be busy, there doesn't seem to be any slowing down, but amidst all the hustle and bustle let's not forget to live in the moment and take time to appreciate the little things in life, for those little things are what life is made of!!!

Tell me, have you used Moroccanoil products? If yes, what’s your favorite product from the brand? If no, I definitely urge you to give them a try (you can thank me later ;))!

Thanks to Moroccanoil  for sending me these products to review! As always, all ideas and opinions expressed here are unbiased and my own.
