Sparkling Detox With Gerolsteiner | Fit For Fall

It’s almost time to bid goodbye to summer and welcome the next exciting season of the year, Fall (one of my favorites)! I hope you made the most of your summer. I mostly definitely did, just got back from a 3-week vacation and all (among other exciting and life changing things that happened this summer). And I am soaking up the remaining sun I can get over here in Seattle the next few days (and secretly hoping it’s weeks before the sun starts to hide behind the clouds :-/).

Fall is surely a favorite season thanks to mother nature’s portrayal of her work of art through color changing leaves - it is such a sight to the eyes! And one of the other reasons I like Fall the most is because I can finally start to hide my imperfections behind all the layers (I mean, I no longer have to suck my tummy in while wearing a bodycon dress yo :-o). But all jokes aside, my healthy habits start to slip away along with summer, starting with not drinking enough water - I go from drinking gallons of water in summer to drinking maybe just a few glasses in the fall (as I no longer feel as thirsty anymore).

And personally, vacation does the most damage to my body in terms of going rogue on all my healthy habits; from drinking very little water when on vacation so I don’t have to go in search of a restroom every other hour (how many can relate? ;)) to eating anything and everything I fancy in each place I visit (after all vacation is the time to try local cuisine/specialities and indulge). But when I am back home from my travels is when I feel the need to thoroughly cleanse my system - it’s the perfect time to start afresh (and also plan and look forward to the next adventure). It’s also when I start browsing the internet for all sorts of detox programs, but this year (as I mentioned in this post) I already know how I am going to begin cleansing my body, it’s by taking part in Gerolsteiner’s Sparkling Detox for starters… and the timing could not have been more perfect!
